The ZCV-X100 is a specialized tri-axial vibration monitor for transportation, developed and manufactured by Zhichuan Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. It features a MEMS acceleration acquisition module, a hardware-based real-time clock, and high-capacity internal storage, supporting the continuous recording of vibration and shock events during transit.

Powered by a high-capacity lithium-thionyl chloride battery and featuring a fully sealed design, the device operates reliably over the long term in challenging transportation environments—including those with wide temperature ranges and high altitudes—offering a maximum continuous recording duration of over 180 days.
